Your use of this website is subject to these Website Terms and Conditions, which communicate to you the basis on which you may make use of our Website, and form part of the basis of our relationship with you. Registration and Eligibility to Purchase
When you use this website to make purchases, you need to provide us with your personal details, and upon purchasing items, your card details, in a complete and accurate fashion.
Please ensure your information is kept up to date. You can contact us at customercare@kittydolittle.com to make any changes to your information, or update your information at the time of purchase.
By registering and making an offer to purchase on our website, you are agreeing to allow us to make necessary checks, and obtain and provide information about you from you or other organisations and third-parties to verify your identity and authenticate your credit card details.
Pricing
All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling. Because we're a young upstart, at present, Kitty DoLittle is not VAT registered. VAT, a real cost to our customers, will not be charged until that time when we are required to do so. You agree to purchase based on the prices displayed at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to alter prices and withdraw offers without notice. Purchases will be calculated in UK pounds sterling.
Orders, Availability and Acceptance
When you place an order with us, it is subject to acceptance and availability of the items.
It is our aim to represent what is available ‘in stock’ on our website. We work with small design labels and designer-makers who do not produce in mass, or high volumes of stock; therefore, we cannot always predict the popularity of our items.
There may be an occasion when availability may be misrepresented on our website due to the aforementioned, or where we have withdrawn items that do not satisfy our quality control standards.
In the eventuality that something you have ordered is not in stock or has been withdrawn, we will notify you as soon as possibly by email, and offer you an alternative where possible.
Once you have ordered an item(s), you will be sent a confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of your order, simply an acknowledgement that the order has been received. The acceptance of your order will be sent in email, once your credit card payment has been approved and the item(s) have been despatched.
Trade Descriptions Act
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions are correct, but from time-to-time our site may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors.
We have taken time to ensure that visual representations of our products on this web site are accurate.
Website technology and hardware (including the luminosity of monitors) are not created alike so exact colour reproduction can vary by computer make and model. For this reason, slight variations of colour to the actual goods received can occur.
A large percentage of the items we sell are hand made, hand finished or hand manufactured. Therefore, the items represented on the website may not be identical to the items received. We choose a representative item that illustrates to the best of our ability the form, character, and colour ways available in the items range or series. If you receive an item, whereby the variations do not suit you or your needs, we will act accordingly to ensure you are satisfied by offering an alternative in exchange, where possible, or a refund.
Online Payment Options and Requirements
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro/Switch and Solo. At this time, we do not offer American Express or PayPal as payment options.
When you pay by a credit or debit card you will be asked to provide your card and other personal details, and these will be encrypted before sending using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. Please ensure all your details are accurate as this may result in delays in processing your order.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery as a result.
Kitty DoLittle uses the premier, payment gateway and service provider Secure Trading, a partner of Lloyds TSB Bank, to process online transactions.
Delivery Options
Standard UK delivery
Delivery to addresses within the UK is £3.95. Delivery on orders over £150.00 are free. Our orders are despatched within 1-2 days using First Class recorded delivery by the Royal Mail. You should allow up to 5 working days to receive your order. Some remote areas of the UK may take longer.
Standard Europe and USA
Delivery to addresses in Europe and the USA is £18.00. The recipient is responsible for any Customs or taxes due. Our orders are despatched with 1-2 days of receipt. Allow 3-6 days for orders to be delivered to Europe and 5-10 days for orders to be delivered to the USA. Remote locations may take longer.
Rest of World
Delivery to the Rest of the World is £25.00. The recipient is responsible for any Customs or taxes due. Our orders are despatched with 1-2 days of receipt. Allow 10 days for orders to be delivered. Remote locations may take longer.
Cancellations and Returns
Customers in the European Union have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to withdraw from the purchase of any item within 7 working days. This period starts the day after the item(s) is received by you.
You must contact Kitty DoLittle in writing within 7 days of receiving the purchased goods, and request a return authorisation number.

Items should then be returned within 14 days, and will be graciously accepted from you, subject to the following conditions:
1) the items have not been used or soiled;
2) You and/or any other of your associates have provided reasonable care in examining the goods received such as carefully removing from packaging and returning them to their original packaging for storage and delivery, keeping the items clean and in pristine condition, and not damaging the item(s) in any way;
3) You have returned the goods with their original packaging, dust covers, cards of authenticity and origin, and other items included with your package;
4) You have not removed any tags which were affixed to the items; and
5) You have not removed the card or hygiene seals attached to earrings.
We will refund the price of the goods purchased excluding delivery or shipping costs, unless the goods were faulty. If goods being returned are faulty, we will do our utmost to provide a like-for-like replacement in exchange, or a full-refund will be given.
Purchasers have a statutory duty to ensure reasonable care as outlined above otherwise the items may not be accepted, and they will be returned to the Purchaser. The Purchaser should ensure that the goods are returned by a reliable courier, transit or postal source; and are packaged in such a manner that they are not damaged in transit. Kitty DoLittle is not liable for the cost of the return or lost parcels.
In compliance with Kitty DoLittle’s standard Terms and Conditions, the Purchaser should return the goods in a reasonable amount of time; otherwise, the Purchaser may be charged for direct costs incurred to recover the goods.
Refunds will be applied to the payment card used by the Purchaser. Exchanges for goods returned will be re-delivered free of charge. Card refunds may take up to the 30 days as outlined in Distance Selling Regulations.
We reserve the right to cancel any order made by you whereby: we do not have sufficient stock to deliver what you have ordered; we do not deliver to the post code specified in the order, or one or more of the items you have ordered were listed incorrectly due to a typographical error. In these cases, a full refund including shipping and delivery costs will be refunded to the Purchaser’s card.

This Website and all of its contents including, without limitation, all text, software, software source code, trade marks, logos, designs, images, photographs, audio visual materials, written materials and any other form of material ("Website Content") is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, and is owned by Kitty DoLittle, or licensed to us by third parties.
Any rights or licences of this website’s content, not expressly granted by these Terms and Conditions, are reserved. All copyrights and trademark notices shall be applied to all materials used from Kitty DoLittle’s website. We monitor our market and industry for infringement of our intellectual property rights and reserve the right to take action against those parties who infringe.
Specifically, you may not; use this content on any other commercial site without express permission, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, create derivative works from, sell, license or otherwise use the web site content without our written permission, use the graphics without their annotations or use text without their accompanying graphics, provide any person these materials without them being made aware of these restrictions, and the source from which they originate.
Events beyond our control
We will not be in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident, or extreme inclement weather.
Our rights
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and your use of this website following such a change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such changes. Therefore, it is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms and Conditions. If for any reason you do not agree with them, please stop using the website immediately.
Your rights
There is nothing in these Terms and Conditions intended to affect your rights under the laws of England.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions along with our posted retail prices, descriptions and specifications, delivery policy, returns policy and privacy policy constitute our relationship and agreement.
